Chef Deborah Johnson brings a touch of French culture and cuisine to the community through her personal chef services, catering, and cooking classes.
With a background in Cusine, Pastry and Oenology at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Deborah spent 20 years training and working as a private chef in France. Ultimately, she move to Georgia to be closer to her family and spent time traveling as a corporate chef. Now settled at her lakefront cottage on beautiful Lake Oconee, Deborah enjoys sharing her culinary expertise with Georgia’s Lake Country.
Her personal chef service, "Chez Vous" (meaning "at home"), allows clients to enjoy restaurant-quality food in the comfort of their own homes. Deborah works with each client to create the perfect menu, buys all the ingredients, and prepares the food in advance.
Deborah also offers convenient meal plans and catering for busy families. She offers a variety of salads, main courses and desserts to choose from that are all packaged in disposable containers for easy reheating.
Food boards are Chef Deborah's specialty. Ranging in size, these boards serve from four to eight guests and can be ordered for delivery to homes or boats, making them perfect for date nights, parties, or any occasion.
