The Mestizo Saxophone Quartet from Florence, Italy, will perform “Soundscapes of the World”. The quartet is formed by soprano saxophonist Caroline Leigh Halleck from the United States and tenor saxophonist Jaime Mora of Costa Rica, plus alto saxophonist Vered Kreiman and baritone saxophonist Ayala Rollia, both from Israel. The quartet formed in 2017, while the four musicians studied with renowned Italian saxophonist Marco Albonetti.
