Begin with antipasto served family-style, featuring Arugula tossed in Truffle Vinaigrette, Prosciutto and Melon, and Lobster Arancini. Indulge in Tortello al Nero, a local Trout Stuffed Squid in Ravioli, followed by Bistecca alla Fiorentina, an Angus Ribeye Filet. Conclude with a delicious cheese course, including Crema Bruciata, a Gorgonzola Crème Brûlée topped with peaches, and finish the evening with Crostata Tenerina, a Chocolate Baked Pie with black fruits and pistachio.
