Sue VerHoef, Director of Oral History and Genealogy at the Atlanta History Center, will provide attendees with tips and techniques for uncovering ancestral information. The workshop features two sessions, "The Armchair Genealogist: Ancestry.com, FamilySearch.org, and Other Sites for Sore Eyes" and "Finding the Heroes in Your Family Tree: Researching Military Records." A boxed lunch will be served between sessions and is included in the cost of the workshop. Registration is $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Tickets will be available for purchase shortly.
