Working with Denise Roffe, founder of the Southeastern Institute for Paranormal Research and Georgia author of Ghosts and Legends of Charleston, Georgia Writers Museum presents Ghost Hunting. Denise’s program takes us behind the scenes of historic and haunted buildings to employ the scientific study of the unknown. While SIPR is an investigative research team that uses technical equipment to collect data from the physical environment, they also utilize psychical research methods and bring the research team – and you – into the investigation “cold”. The data they collect is often validated through “hard” evidence collected during the investigation and historical documentation. Each week in October we will investigate a different location.
