Join The Artisans Village Art Gallery for Intro to Scratchboard on Saturday, July 16th! Explore the fine art medium of scratchboard from “scratch” – not a kit. Instructor Barbara will explain the history of scratchboard and how it has evolved into an exciting fine art medium. She will introduce students to the tools, techniques and materials used to create scratchboard. Students will be working on exercises trying out techniques and then completing a project in class using step-by-step, one-on-one instruction.
