Lake Oconee Family Fitness is offering a 6 week body transformation challenge that includes a 4 day a week workout plan. The plan will be sent to participants on Sunday at the beginning of each week, starting on Sunday December 31st.
Participants will need access to gym equipment, but modifications will be provided. To maximize results, participants are encouraged to pair their workout plan with the complimentary diet and nutrition facts and tips that will also be sent each week.
In order to track progress, participants are encouraged to post progress pictures or short video clips of their workouts at the facility using the hashtag #LOFFyourbody. Those who participate will have the opportunity to receive a free month off their membership or a $40 voucher for merchandise at Lake Oconee Family Fitness.
As part of the challenge, participants will receive a full body scan using new equipment that has been brought in specifically for the challenge. The scanning window will be open on December 30th and December 31st for a two-hour time frame, and will extend from January 1st through January 5th with a four-hour block from 8-12pm.
The body composition scan will measure bone, fat, and muscle mass, as well as weight, circumference measurements, and body fat percentage. Changes in weight, muscle mass, and body fat percentage will be recorded, and participants will be scored based on the average change made after the 6 week challenge.
Payment of $99 is due by December 29th in order to participate in the challenge.
