Chef Deborah is hosting Pastry Party classes in her lakefront cottage from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 9th. During the class, students will be making traditional French Tarts. They will learn about pastry doughs, resting, rolling, and lining tart pans. The class location is in Great Waters. The cost is $35.00 per person.
