Startup Milly: A CREATE Program is committed to promoting entrepreneurship and supporting the startup community, and we believe that access to valuable networking opportunities should be available to all. Startup Milly: A CREATE Program is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in Milledgeville-Baldwin County. We provide resources, support, and networking opportunities to help startups thrive and succeed. This program was created after the Milledgeville team completed a two-year cohort, CREATE (Cultivating Rural Entrepreneurs and Transforming Economies), led by Georgia Power and Main Street America. The CREATE program provided technical assistance, seed capital, and guidance to help support and attract entrepreneurs and small businesses to participating communities. Investing in entrepreneurship is critical for job retention and creation in rural towns.
